Health & Wellness Exhibition – Glasgow – February 2012
Saturday 18thFebruary was a day like many others at this time of year in Glasgow. Snow was forecast and although we did see a little flurry most of the day passed with a chill in the air and the sunshine in the sky. At the first Conscious Life Event of 2012 in Glasgow there was a lot more sunshine and energy available to help shake of the winter blues and kick-start our Health and Vitality for 2012.
A review of the first of the Conscious Life events of 2012 I wrote. If you look really closely, that's me at the front. A big day for me as i overcame my microphone fear. Had a dj'ing stint years ago and used to freeze completely whenever I tried to speak. Thankfully I have learned a great deal since then and unlearned lots too. I was still a bit nervous but I chose courage and a few deep breaths lol!
Going to be an awesome year with Conscious Life Events and the launch of some wonderful new events. So excited about The Awakening to I Am launch in Scotland and the beautiful ripples it will send around this beautiful land.
