When nothing is quite what it seems
and the nightmares are more real than dreams
when the signposts are clear
but obscured by our fears
emotion blinds logic
repetition’s hypnotic
stories unfold
by what we’re told
over and over again
weary and drained
look here, watch this
headlines lead to the abyss
pathways of terror
by programmed pall bearers
carrying coffins of doom
truth has no room
in this hotel of darkness
in a world filed with starkness
don’t question the insanity,
where the fuck is your humanity?
accept what you’re told
don’t dare be so bold
to think for yourself
go directly to hell
do not pass go
do not collect two hundred
don’t stop
don’t wonder
never analyse
never ponder
take a chance
I double dare you
hurry now
before they snare you
When nothing is quite what it seems
and the nightmares are more real than dreams

I birthed the future

carried constellations within

elemental entities

of fire and air

both masculine and feminine

the sun and the wind

stars made of sunshine

light beams of dreams

burning it down

and soaring above

reborn from the ashes

devoted in love

I birthed the future

With new horizons to explore

On the cusp of adventure

Awaits many new shores

Four new worlds

creating,

colliding

Intersecting,

expanding

together

yet apart

Sharing one universe

And always my heart

I birthed the future

Under the sun and the moon

Touching heaven

While still here on Earth

I am the life bringer

The deliverer of lions

And the breath of life

The mother of miracles,

Laboured in love

To bring forth

The scales of justice

Weighed in from above

I birthed the future

Carried constellations within

I birthed the future

Much as I wish life was always sweet,
that every rainy day brought a coulorful treat.
That every blade of grass really tickled our ass
and that the bumps were only minor as the hurdles we pass.
Much as I wish we had no troubles to endure,
as we barely tread water as we reach for the shore.
Much as I wish there weren’t times it felt like we’re drowning
and our bonnie wee smiles were replaced by frowning.
Much as I wish no kids were abused,
no women were tortured and sexually used.
Much as I wish there was equality for all
there’s never gonna be unless we answer the call.
The call from inside, the silent screams of the tortured.
The ones that so many don’t want to hear
not realising there hiding from their own fears.
Scared to pay attention to the world around
their hands on their ears to drown out the sound.
Looking to La La Land where all is well,
they preach positivity in the stories they sell.
Never stopping for a moment to simply embrace truth,
ignoring reality and dismissing the proof.
In la La Land no strength is needed
only sweet things are ever seeded.
In La La Land you won’t have to fight to survive
you’ll never learn what it truly takes to thrive.
In La la Land compassion has dried up
because it’s easier to blame someone if they’re fucked up.
In La La Land there’s no space for tears
in case it triggers someone’s fears.
In la La Land don’t dare cry
and don’t dig deeper or question why.
In La Land there is no toil
just scatter the seeds on the top soil.
No need for water to wash our hands
as we’re too clean here to understand.
Dirt is needed to grow something big,
courage is a beautiful bloom for which we must dig.
Think positive they scream if you show your fears,
if you’re brought to your knees and shed your tears.
Never contemplating, blind to see that our knees offer support when the pain’s too much
and all we need is a human touch.
A smile, a hug, a reassurance we’ll get through,
that we can make it in this crazy zoo.
That though we’re weak we’ll rise again like the sun in the sky and the tides keep flowing.
Never pondering that from this pain we’re growing.
That positivity is knowing you can survive another day,
and being honest about what your heart needs to say.
That not topping yourself is the ultimate goal
when your legs are as weak as a new born foal.
So my friends there’s something I hope I’ve helped you understand
I don’t want to live in fucking La La Land.

The brandishing iron’s at the ready, waiting to sear our minds.
Twisted and tortured in the never-ending binds,
You’re British ya fool, over you we rule.
Only our history we’ll teach you in school,
Don’t think for yourself, just live in our hell.
While stories of our Greatness we will retell
No stories of your nation’s contribution,
No celebrations of its countless solutions.
That evolved the world and the people within,
The creative gifts to our worldly kin.
Left you rootless and searching for answers.
As we infect your mind like a virulent cancer
We’ll keep on forcing our flag on you,
Our vision of unity in red, white and blue.
Dripping in blood and the destruction of cultures,
The flag on my license, the one of the vultures.
I’m a Scot, I tell you but you won’t listen
As the moisture of tears makes my eyes glisten.
Shedding tears for the past and for the future,
Stitched up again like a surgeon’s suture.
Our wounds and our scars continue to weep,
As finally the truth into consciousness seeps,
The Scots are Sovereign and Scotland’s a nation.
She’s not even a queen with her fake coronation.
We’ve been living a lie and we all know it’s true
But where we go now is all up to you.
I hope we walk forward together hand in hand,
Repeating the calls that have come from our land.
Justice, freedom and equality for all around the world,
As the prophecies fulfilled and our future unfurls.

Maybe…

Maybe not in the way you thought.
Maybe you need to change your thoughts.
Maybe what you think is wrong.
Maybe you don’t even think!
Maybe you obsess.
Maybe you posses.
Maybe you control.
Maybe you ignore your soul

Maybe you see lack,
Maybe even white and black.
Maybe you don’t care.
Maybe you already share.
Maybe you hurt deep inside.
Maybe you hate this crazy ride.

Maybe it’s not too late.
To end this madness and stop the hate.
Here in the West our hands are bloodied.
Around the World our names been muddied.
Playing Risk with real life people.
Stirring revolution as they’re trying here.
Scaring people with Project Fear.

Our world is crumbling and it’s not our fate.
So take action now before it’s too late.
The eyes of the World are looking at us.
It’s up to us to kick up a fuss.
Responsibility lies in our hands.
We need to get educated and really understand.

Those who govern in our name.
Abusing so many people in so many ways.
Hidden in shadows, yet right in our face.
We need to follow the money, and win this race.
Depopulation Sellers and Eugenics Gates.
Need to be dealt the hand of fate.

So many splinters, we’re weak and divided.
The distribution of knowledge, all lop-sided.
These causes we stand for, have one central core.
It’s that none of us are willing to take any more.
When the cloak of invisibility finally falls.
And the bells resonate with a justice call.

When we’ve picked up the pieces and started to heal
When we’ve cleaned up after their toxic deals.
When finally the pyramid sits right side up,
And we’re once again fed by the eternal cup.
I’ll breathe again as I look around.
It’s so sweet to be back on solid ground.

My Unicorn

Unicorn Energy

I’m going to ride my Unicorn,
I don’t care what you say.
I need to live in fantasy,
To survive another day.
In a make believe world,
Where the nightmares are real
I’ve got to stay focused
And do it with zeal
I’m going to ride my Unicorn,
I don’t care what you say.
I need to live in fantasy,
To survive another day.
